Returns and refund
Items can be returned/exchanged in their original condition within 21 days of receiving your order. Just follow these 4 simple steps:
Fill in the information needed on the RETURNS FORM provided inside your delivery with details of the items you wish to return/exchange and place in your package
Please use the returns form included in your delivery. If you would like another form sending, please contact email@example.com
Send your package with an insured and trackable method
We will email you when the package has been safely received and confirm the refund/exchange
HOW DO I GET A NEW RETURNS FORM?
If you require a new returns form then please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help you – firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
It can take up to 12 working days to process a refund once the items have been received.
If you have not received your refund within that time, then please contact us at email@example.com
WHAT DO I DO IF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?
