CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are very quick at packaging your order so unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order once the purchase has been confirmed.
If you change your mind, then you can return it using the method shown in ‘RETURNS/REFUNDS’.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it is not in there. If you still cannot find an email, then contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help you – firstname.lastname@example.org

STANDARD DELIVERY will usually take 2-3 working days.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If we are unable to fulfil your full order, then we will send you an email letting you know what is missing from the order. We will then provide a full refund for any items that we are unable to send.
